Ms. Maria Montserrat Iturralde-Hamlin is the Chairwoman and Founder of TeamAsia, an award-winning integrated marketing agency. She serves as President of the Government-Academe-Industry Network (GAIN) and Trustee and Chair of the Ethics Committee for PACEOS. She was also the past President and Chairwoman of WomenBizPH. Ms. Iturralde-Hamlin graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Psychology from the College of the Holy Spirit and earned her MBM with Distinction from the Asian Institute of Management. She has received various awards, including being named as one of Top 100 Most Influential Filipino Women on LinkedIn in 2021 and 2023, and as one of Philippines Top 30 Leaders on LinkedIn in 2023.

Ms. Debbie D. Namalata is an experienced corporate leader with expertise in sales, business development, strategy and marketing. She has also held leadership positions in accounting, finance and operations. She has gained expertise in food and beverage manufacturing, retail operations and shipping industries. She has held key leadership roles in San Miguel Brewery Inc., Magnolia Inc., San Miguel Super Coffeemix Co., Inc., Purefoods Hormel Company, Purefoods Poultry, and other companies. She is a life-long learner. Her education includes a BSBA major in Accounting from UP in the Visayas, a Master’s in Management from the Asian Institute of Management, Digital Business Leadership Program from Columbia Business School and is currently taking up the Chief Strategy Officer Course at National University of Singapore.

Ms. Jennifer Tongco is a cybersecurity and governance expert, currently serving as the President and CEO of Netrust Philippines Corporation. She has extensive experience in corporate risk management, financial strategy, and digital resilience, with a proven track record in driving equity growth and business transformation. Recognized as one of the Top 30 Women in Cybersecurity (ASEAN) and a recipient of the Intellectual Contribution Award from Stanford University, she actively contributes to board leadership, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity advocacy. She holds a degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Management from De La Salle University and has completed executive education at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Atty. Benedicta “Dick” Du-Baladad is a distinguished accountant-lawyer and the Founding Partner and CEO of Du-Baladad and Associates (BDB Law). She currently serves as Chairman of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and previously held key roles as President of the Management Association of the Philippines (MAP) in 2023 and the Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines (FINEX) in 2017.

 

Before founding BDB Law, she worked with the Bureau of Internal Revenue and helped establish the Large Taxpayer’s Service (LTS).  She played a key role as Co-Chairperson of the Capital Market Development Council (2019–2022), contributing to the 2019–2025 Capital Market Development Blueprint.

 

Atty. Du-Baladad was named one of Asia’s Top 15 Female Lawyers in 2024 by Asian Legal Business. She holds a Master of Laws in International Tax from Harvard University and completed the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Ma. Aurora “Boots” D. Geotina-Garcia, an ICD Fellow, is a corporate finance expert and the Founder, Chairperson, and President of MAGEO CONSULTING Inc., a corporate finance advisory firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring. With over 40 years of experience advising businesses and government entities, she has led projects in financial rehabilitation, privatization, IPOs, and investment structuring. She was the first female Chairperson of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority and an alumni partner at SGV & Co. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accountancy, a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines, and is a Certified Public Accountant. She currently sits as an Independent Director of publicly listed companies engaged in gas exploration, property development, and healthcare.

Mr. Francisco C. Sebastian is the Chairman of GT Capital Holdings, Inc. and Vice Chairman of Metrobank. With extensive experience in banking, investment, and corporate finance, he spent 20 years as an investment banker and businessman in Hong Kong. He later founded and managed Integrated Financial Services Ltd. (HK) before returning to the Philippines to join the Metrobank Group in 1997. He previously served as President and later Chairman of First Metro Investment Corporation and continues to act as its senior adviser. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (Honors), graduating Magna Cum Laude from Ateneo de Manila University.
