WEBINAR DETAILS

With the effect of the COVID-19 Pandemic, companies are compelled to accelerate digital transformation. Previously, the concept of digital transformation was applicable to the IT experts only but nowadays, the Board and the C-suite executives play as leaders of this evolution. The economic managers of the Philippines have been pushing the transition to a digital economy for the “new normal” as many companies are working in remote setups and moving towards digitization in this pandemic era. As the country is progressing towards a digital economy for the “new normal”, corporations have been amenable to this change.

The Institute of Corporate Directors presents “Digital Transformation – Necessary in the New Normal”, a webinar that features digital transformation in the era of COVID-19. The webinar will highlight the following discussions:

  • What is Digital Transformation?

  • Why Boards need to be involved in the Digital Transformation conversation and how can they maximize the value that they bring to the company?

  • What mindset and culture are needed for digital transformation?

  • What is the preparedness level of your company for the digital transformation journey?

  • How can your company make the shift from a 1.0 to a 4.0 Digital Company? Share practical tips.

ICD will feature the Philippine top experts on Digital Transformation: Ms. Ida C. Tiongson (Trustee and Teaching Fellow of Institute of Corporate Directors), Mr. Richard “Bon” Moya (National Technology Officer of Microsoft Philippines) and Dr. Donald Patrick Lim (Chief Operating Officer of DITO CME; Chief Innovation Officer of the Udenna Corporation).
