ACGS 3.0 Briefing
Participation in this course meets the recommended best practices for continuing directors education prescribed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)

This short course will introduce the main features of the ACGS version 3.0, which is a tool to assess and improve the corporate governance practices of publicly listed companies in the ASEAN region. The ACGS version 3.0 is aligned with the revised G20/OECD Principles of Corporate Governance, which provide a global benchmark for good governance. The revised Principles have a new section on sustainability and resilience, which reflects the growing importance of environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors for long-term value creation. The ACGS version 3.0 will adopt this new section and incorporate ESG criteria into its assessment methodology.

By taking this course, you will gain a deeper understanding of the ACGS version 3.0 as well as guidance on how to apply the new criteria to your own companies.
