Opportunities today and here:

Four hours of this-year technology governance challenges and opportunities, covered in two days.

Abstract Background

Module 1

Digital Trade-Offs: Promise and Peril in the 21st Century

Technology has been the major driving force behind human progress more so over the last half century.  The CoVid-19 crisis accelerated this irresistible force to warp speed as businesses large and small executed digital pivots of their business models on a worldwide scale unimaginable prior to March 2020.

Boards and their directors acknowledge the need to understand how these technologies will affect their business models and engage their stakeholders.  This module will provide them with a layman's understanding of the concepts, potentials and pitfalls of these technologies so that they can better exercise their duties as directors in the digital age.
