Congratulations to our newly appointed ICD Trustee, Dr. Ramon Segismundo, FICD!

The ICD Board of Trustees, in its special meeting on 30 January 2026, has unanimously approved the appointment of Dr. Ramon Segismundo to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of former Trustee Jose Antonio T. Mapa, Jr. Dr. Segismundo will serve the remaining term until 2027. Attached is the formal letter of appointment for your reference.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Mr. Mapa for his dedicated service and invaluable contributions to the Institute during his tenure. His efforts have been instrumental in advancing the organization’s mission, and we deeply appreciate his commitment to strengthening corporate governance.
