The ICD Board of Trustees, in its special meeting on 31 January 2024, has unanimously approved the appointment of Ms. Maria Celeste "Maricelle" S. Narciso to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of former Chairman and Trustee Cesar L. Villanueva. Ms. Narciso will serve the remaining term until 31 December 2024, effective immediately. Attached is the formal letter of the appointment of Ms. Narciso for everyone's reference.
