Dr. Donald Patrick Lim is the Chief Operating Officer of DITO CME, and the Chief Innovation Officer of the Udenna Corporation. Prior to his current role, he has served in various leadership capacities in the media, advertising, and digital spaces, having been the Country CEO of Dentsu Aegis Philippines, Chief Digital Officer of ABS-CBN Corporation, Managing Director of MRM Manila, and CEO of Yehey Corporation and Media Contacts Manila.

 

Dr. Donald is a true student of management, being a product of the management program of the Ateneo de Manila University, finishing his MBA with distinction from Murdoch University, and then moved on to finished his Doctor in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Apart from these, Donald also has a diploma in Interior Decorating, a Diploma in Executive Management, and a Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Finally, Donald has finished Pelmanism from the Pelman Institute in Sydney, Australia. Currently, Dr. Donald teaches eMarketing at the graduate school of De La Salle University and the IMC program at the University of Asia and the Pacific, and Advanced Marketing and Advanced Strategic Management for the doctoral program at San Beda University. He was also an adjust professor in the Asian Institute of Management and Bradford University.

 

Considered one of the founding fathers of digital marketing in the Philippines, Donald has been awarded by various institutions and organizations, his most recent being awarded the The Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) Award for Community Building in Digital Media. He is the first awardee of the Agora Award for Marketing Communications by the Philippine Marketing Association, a 2015 Young Global Leader conferred by the World Economic Forum, and the only Filipino to receive the DMN 40 under 40 awarded in New York. On top of these, he was conferred Digital Marketer of the Year at the Asian Leadership Awards in Dubai, UAE by the Asian Confederation of Business, the Young Market Masters Award in Online Marketing by Mansmith and Fielders, and is the first recipient of the Digital Leader of the Future award conferred at the World Brand Congress in Mumbai, India.

 

He is the youngest to serve as President of the Philippine Marketing Association, the biggest gathering of marketing professionals in the Philippines. He is the founding president of the Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines. He sat as a board of Governors of the Management Association of the Philippines, and was a past board of director of the Manila Junior Chamber. Finally, Dr. Donald served as a board of Trustee of Operation Smile, a non-profit, volunteer service organization that provides free reconstructive facial surgery for children with cleft lips, and a board of trustee for the World WildLife Fund Philippines.

MR. REX C. DRILON II

Rex C. Drilon II has been known in the business sector as a “turnaround expert”, resurrecting distressed companies and producing extraordinary growth from profitable ones. Since 1978, he has been occupying top management positions and directorships of various large Philippine companies including FMMC, Fuji Xerox, Jardine, Ayala Land and Ortigas & Company Limited Partnership (OCLP).

He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Keyland Corporation and YLD, Inc, and recently retired after 10 years as Independent Director in the Metrobank Group.

Aside from his remarkable expertise in turning around companies, Mr. Drilon is a living example of one who has found balance between work and life outside work. He is deeply involved in the public governance and corporate governance reform advocacies as Chairman of the Center for Excellence in Governance (CEG), of the Institute for Solidarity in Asia (ISA) and the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD). He is an active member of the Shareholders Association of the Philippines, Management Association of the Philippines and Founding President and Board Adviser of the Iloilo Economic Development Foundation. He has written a book entitled “Patriots on the Street”, a novel about governance, patriotism and love of country. He is about to publish his second book “Crafting Your Own Roadmap: A Personal Governance Handbook”.

MS. CHIQUI ESCAREAL-GO

CEO and Chief Behavioral Strategist

Chiqui Escareal-Go is the CEO and Chief Behavioral Strategist of Mansmith and Fielders, Inc., an advocacy-based marketing, sales, innovation and strategy training and consultancy company that is celebrating its 30th year anniversary this 2020.

 

Chiqui finished the Advanced Management Program of IESE Business School (New York and Barcelona), and is an Executive Scholar in Marketing and Sales of Kellogg Business School, Northwestern University. She is a graduate of the De La Salle University with a double degree in AB Communication Arts and BSC Marketing Management (Accelerated Program). She finished her M.A. English Language and Literature Teaching degree at the Ateneo de Manila University and is currently taking up her MA Anthropology course at the University of the Philippines. Her areas of interest and expertise are behavioral marketing, entrepreneurship, service, and execution, and in the social sciences – anthropology, with focus on gender and culture.  She also loves dogs. 

 

She is the immediate past Chair of the Women's Business Council Philippines (2018-2020) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD).  She is currently a member of  the Board of Trustees of St. Paul College Pasig and St. Paul University Philippines, and is board adviser of Potato Corner.  Chiqui was recognized as a GoNegosyo Women Enabler Awardee in 2014 and ASEAN Women Entrepreneurs Network Awardee in 2015.

MR. CARLOS JOSE P. GATMAITAN

Mr. Carlos Jose “Charlie” Gatmaitan is a teaching fellow at the Institute of Corporate Directors and a faculty at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business – Strategy Management Department. His expertise includes strategic planning and corporate governance towards long term profitability and maximizing shareholder value; business development and relationship building with stakeholders; board room and committee level proficiency in finance, governance and executive committees.

 

He previously served as Chairman of MRC Allied Inc, President/CEO of PNOC Renewables Corporation, Director of National Renewable Energy Board, Colorplus Production Group, Inc, Printing Industries Association of the Philippines (PIAP), and more. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, and has undertaken the Professional Designation International Business Management from UCLA.
