SPEAKERS
Mr. Rex C. Drilon II, FICD is the Chairman of ICD. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Ortigas & Co., Ltd. He has also held senior management positions and directorships at the FMMC Group, Philippine Fuji Xerox, Jardine Davies, Inc., Pjiltranco, Ayala Land as well as Cebu Holdings and Cebu Property Ventures. He has held the Chairmanship for several national advisory groups geared towards governance and institutional transformation. He also served as an Independent Director of Metrobank.
Mr. Drilon II is currently the Chairman of Keyland Corporation and YLD, Inc.; Vice Chairman of the Center for Excellence in Governance, and Institute for Solidarity in Asia. He is the Founding President and Board Adviser to Iloilo Economic Development Foundation; Founding President and Member of Shareholder Association of the Philippines; and Life Member at the Management Association of the Philippines.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of theEast and pursued graduate at the University of Asia and the Pacific.

Rajeev Peshawaria is the Chief Executive Officer of Stewardship Asia Centre (SAC). He is an out-of-the-box thought leader on leadership, management and corporate governance, with extensive global experience in leadership development and organizational consulting, as well as developing and delivering business strategy.
Prior to joining SAC, Rajeev was the CEO of the Iclif Leadership & Governance Centre based in Malaysia. With diverse experience across various industries including banking, financial services and FMCG, Rajeev has held executive roles including Chief Learning Officer at both Coca-Cola and Morgan Stanley, and senior positions at American Express, HSBC and Goldman Sachs. At Goldman, Rajeev helped found Pine Street - the firm’s acclaimed leadership academy - and headed Pine Street for Europe and Asia.
Rajeev is the author of Wall Street Journal and Amazon best sellers Open Source Leadership (McGraw Hill 2017), Too Many Bosses, Too Few Leaders (Simon & Schuster 2011), and co-author of Be the Change (McGraw Hill 2014). A sought after international speaker and a leadership consultant, Rajeev was named one of Top 100 Global Thought Leaders for Trustworthy Business by ‘Trust Across America’ in 2014 and 2017.
Jeff Jackson oversees the proxy research team that covers 13 Asian capital markets split across Greater China, South Asia and Southeast Asia. Collectively, this group analyses the corporate governance practices of over 4,000 companies annually. Jeff joined Glass Lewis in 2012 as a member of the Asia research team in San Francisco, covering primarily South and Southeast Asia, until 2017, when he relocated to Glass Lewis’ Sydney office to lead the expansion of the Asia research team. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College, as well as Master’s degrees in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Australian National University.

Gina is an established leader in integrated internal and external communications with solid experience in corporate affairs, public
relations, marketing and broadcast journalism.
She has held senior executive positions in complex and issues-rich environments: international banking, insurance and financial services, the Philippine Senate and Australian higher education.
Gina has designed strategic integrated communication programs
that built profiles and reputations, developed stakeholder and
media relations, won election campaigns, launched national and
regional events, and managed organizational change and
transformation.
She further had firsthand mass media experience as a TV and
radio newscaster, script writer and public service program host.
Gina is a John Maxwell-certified speaker, trainer and coach. Her areas of expertise include public speaking and presentation skills, leadership, communications, crisis communications management and media literacy and training.
Currently, Gina is serving as a consultant to the Office of Philippine Senate President Vicente Sotto III. Further, she is a lecturer at the Armed Forces of the Philippines-Command and General Staff College (AFP-CGSC), training future generals and admirals of the Philippines and ASEAN countries on 1) Crisis Communications and Media and 2) Public Speaking and Presentation Skills. She counts among her recent clients Dole Philippines, the Bases Conversion Development Authority (BCDA) and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
She is also in the pool of Speakers at Inspire Leadership Consultancy, Inc., handpicked by leading inspirational speaker, Francis Kong. In this capacity, Gina has been conducting workshops and seminars on leadership, communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
Gina is a personal and executive coach who may be engaged for one-on-one coaching sessions, either face-to-face or via phone/Skype. She also accepts corporate emceeing, hosting and facilitating jobs, on top of website and/or content creation.
She recently finished the Professional Directors Program (PDP) of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and is now available for opportunities as an Independent Board Director.
Gina obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Communication, cum laude, from the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City.
