ICD's Corporate Governance Orientation Program (CGOP) aims to provide participants with fundamental and essential appreciation of the benefits and impact of modern corporate governance best practices. The subject matter is framed within the context of local reforms and how these relate and respond to regional and global trends.
Regulatory updates, corporate governance best practices in the setting of emerging risks and trends, and the duties and responsibilities of the board committees—including risk oversight, audit, and corporate governance—are examined during the full-day session.
